We excitedly introduce Eric Johnson as the new head coach of Lady Knights Basketball!

Following his meeting with current players, Eric shared, in part, “I look forward to continuing and further developing the proud tradition of Lady Knights Basketball!  This program has both a successful history and talented players.  I am excited to build on that well-established foundation!”

A veteran basketball coach, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having coached for over 20 years at multiple levels, including middle school, high school, AAU, and military-travel. He will serve our Lady Knights while continuing his work with Phee Elite, where he remains committed to developing high-level student-athletes.

Eric is recognized for building disciplined and defensively-driven programs that emphasize structure, accountability, and sustained excellence. His coaching philosophy centers on player development, competitive toughness, and leadership cultivation, which prepares athletes to succeed at the collegiate level and beyond.

A strong advocate for holistic development, Eric also focuses on mentoring young women both on and off the court, instilling confidence, work ethic, and a championship mindset. His goal is to develop not only skilled competitors, but also resilient leaders capable of thriving in high-pressure environments.
