Congratulations to registrar and mathematics teacher Mrs. Deb Foote, our Disciple of the Week for the week of January 29!  In her nomination, Mrs. Christine Gramann stated, “Mrs. Deb Foote is highly deserving of this award.  Her dedication to Mater Dei’s students and to Mater Dei’s mission is second to none.  Deb believes in educating through demonstration.  Her creativity towards the classroom material proves she is a fine educator.  However, it is also in working with Deb that the true education occurs through her approach to matters other than those found in textbooks.  Teaching and being a part of the Mater Dei Administration, especially at “report card” time can be a trying time for faculty, but Deb takes on the task head first and has proven to be quite the helpful ally.  Thank you, Deb!”
