Mater Dei Foundation, Inc. is seeking experienced candidates to join the Advancement Team in order to establish, develop, and lead a planned giving and major gifts program. The Planned Giving Coordinator will seek to secure philanthropic support that is tied directly to the strategic goals and Mission of Mater Dei Catholic High School. In all efforts, this individual must exhibit a strong work ethic, demonstrate individual integrity and good judgement, and effectively represent Mater Dei. Moreover, this individual must be an exceptional communicator and natural “networker” who is adept at developing and maintain relationships with potential and current donors. Finally, this individual will work closely with members of the Mater Dei Advancement Committee, administration and its support staff, volunteers, and the larger school community. This position is part-time with the possibility of expansion to a full-time position as the donor base and fundraising activities increase.

Candidates must have significant experience, knowledge, and interest in the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major donors. A college degree and experience in sales, preferably in an advancement office, is required.
